About this list
262 doctors, taken from the register of the Státní ústav pro kontrolu léčiv (SÚKL), the Czech state medicines agency. This is the only country on this site where a public authority publishes who prescribes — in Germany no such register exists, so the German list is a two-source check on individual practices instead. Each row opens the doctor's card in Czech — the register's language, and the language of the workplace you would call — with the link back to that doctor's own page on sukl.gov.cz.
It is a consent list, not a complete one. A doctor appears only if they asked SÚKL to publish them, and the agency names the data-protection authority's position as the reason it cannot be otherwise. SÚKL's own dispensing statistics recorded 345 doctors actually prescribing in June 2026 against the 262 who consent to being listed — roughly three prescribers in four are here. Absence says nothing about a doctor: it means they did not ask to be listed. Nor is presence a statement that anyone will prescribe for you; the specialisation determines which indications they may prescribe for at all, and the decision stays theirs.
Which specialisation matters, and why
In Czechia the specialisation is not a preference, it is the rule. Příloha č. 3 to vyhláška č. 236/2015 Sb. ties each permitted specialisation to specific indications, so a psychiatrist may prescribe only for Gilles de la Tourette syndrome, and a general practitioner — added on 1 April 2025 — only for chronic intractable pain. Read the column below as "who may prescribe for what", not as a ranking.

Republished 1:1 from the register of the Státní ústav pro kontrolu léčiv (SÚKL), the Czech state medicines agency, read live on 2026-09-06 through the same public endpoint the agency's own map uses. Every record links back to that doctor's page on sukl.gov.cz, so any entry here can be checked against the source in one click. Name, workplace, district, region, specialisation and contact details are the agency's; we add only the English label for the specialisation.
Recall check 27 September 2026: real search-engine result pages for Czech queries on cannabis prescriptions online, cannabis clinics and prescribing doctors, plus patient-portal lists; each new name checked on its own site and in the provider register. Workplaces that declare cannabis treatment and are registered providers, but whose doctors are not on the voluntary SÚKL list, appear in the list above with an amber flag — not hidden.
- greenz.cz — Operated by Aurelen Path Ltd., Nicosia (Cyprus), with no Czech IČO and no registered healthcare provider; the only doctor named carries no ČLK number. Not listed.
What it does not tell you: whether a doctor is taking new patients, and whether they will prescribe in your case. Both remain their decision. What Czechia does give you that most countries do not is the rest of the route — 90% of the price of the first 30 g a month is paid by public insurance under § 32b zákona č. 48/1997 Sb., with no case-by-case approval.
