Prices — what is published
No public price: the price of a magistral preparation is set at dispensing, and the price field in the CBZ is empty. Under ZZZS cover there is no co-payment; otherwise you pay the pharmacy's estimate.
What the register does not record
What CBZ does not record is the whole supply side. For the nine magistral preparations the fields "Številka dovoljenja za promet" and "Imetnik dovoljenja / potrdila" are simply empty — a magistral medicine has no marketing authorisation and no authorisation holder, so there is no manufacturer, no importer, no country of origin, no batch and no certificate of analysis anywhere in the record. "Prisotnost na trgu" (market presence) is "-" for all eleven records, including Epidyolex, so CBZ gives no supply or availability signal at all; our supply_status is therefore null everywhere. No cannabis flower product exists in CBZ: a full-text search for konoplja returns only two allergen prick-test diagnostics (Lofarma), and searches for cannabis, Cannabis flos, Sativex and nabiximols return zero records — so as of 6 September 2026 no dried cannabis flower and no nabiximols product has appeared in the Slovenian register. One internal inconsistency is worth flagging rather than smoothing over: for national code 603579 the product name states THC 0,5 mg and CBD 15 mg per ml (ratio 1:30), while the CBZ composition table lists kanabidiol 1,5 mg/ml; we reproduce both. Prices, reimbursement conditions, indications, effects and ratings appear in CBZ but are deliberately not carried here.
How this list was made
The Slovenian catalogue is read straight out of the Centralna baza zdravil (CBZ), the joint register run by the Ministry of Health, JAZMP, ZZZS and NIJZ, re-verified record by record on the day of checking against a database whose own timestamp read "Zadnja osvežitev podatkov: 7.9.2026". We ran CBZ full-text searches for kanabidiol, kanabinoid, dronabinol, THC, CBD and konoplja and then opened every matching record to read the national code, the pharmaceutical form, the pack, the legal status, the ATC code and the composition table. That gives eleven records: nine magistral cannabinoid oral solutions carrying national codes and the legal status "Magistralno zdravilo", and two Epidyolex packs with a marketing authorisation. CBZ has no bulk export, so each record was fetched individually from its own document URL; nothing is taken from a manufacturer's page.
