Czech pharmacies do not publish cultivar price lists; what is public is the state price ceiling and the reimbursement rule. The final price is stated by the pharmacy at dispensing.

What the register does not record
The Czech register has a hole exactly where patients look first. For the magistral layer there are no branded products at all: 9190000 and 9390000 are the only two codes, the potency is written by the prescriber and capped by vyhláška č. 236/2015 Sb. § 5 odst. 2 at 25.0 % THC and 23.0 % CBD, and the pharmacy may substitute material within a ±10 % tolerance of the values the doctor wrote — so no variety name, cultivar, grower, importer, country of origin, batch or certificate of analysis is recorded anywhere in SÚKL's public data. We checked: SÚKL's own cannabis pages state that the import and distribution of cannabis for medical use is not within SÚKL's legal remit ("Oblast distribuce a dovozu konopí pro léčebné použití ze zahraničí není v zákonné gesci SÚKL"), and neither SÚKL nor SAKL publishes a list of importers, distributors, varieties, batches or quality certificates. The two magistral codes do not appear in the DLP dataset or in the eRecept prescribing open data either — those cover registered medicines only. What the bulk data does record for the magistral layer is narrow but real: dlp_formy carries a JE_KONOPI flag marking the eight dosage forms usable when prescribing medical cannabis (tvrdá tobolka, krém, kožní tekutina, perorální tekutina, perorální rostlinný materiál, léčivý čaj, čípek, mast). For the registered medicines DLP records manufacturer nowhere — only the marketing authorisation holder — and it gives no strength at all for SATIVEX. Eight of the nine SATIVEX packs are in registration state B, meaning old-labelling packs that may be placed on the market only until a stated date; for seven of them that date (31 March 2025) has already passed, and for one it is 30 November 2026, while the underlying registration runs to 2027 or 2028. For state-B packs DLP names both the previous holder and the current holder; we show the current one. No prices, indications, effects or ratings are carried here, and none may be added.
How this list was made
The Czech catalogue is built directly from the SÚKL open-data bulk extract of the Databáze léčivých přípravků (DLP), file DLP20260827.zip of 27 August 2026, which was still the newest published extract on the day of checking. Every product whose composition table (dlp_slozeni) or active-substance list references a cannabinoid substance in dlp_latky was pulled out, giving eleven pack-level entries: two EPIDYOLEX packs and nine SATIVEX packs. To these we add the two magistral prescribing codes that a Czech doctor actually writes on an eRecept — 9190000 for cannabis for medical use and 9390000 for cannabis extract — which since 1 April 2025 are the only two codes in the system, with the requested THC and CBD percentages typed into the prescription rather than chosen from a product list. Nothing here is taken from a producer's website: every registered-medicine field is the value SÚKL publishes, and where SÚKL publishes nothing the field is null.
