Every directory, by country and by kind
We publish only what an official register or two mutually independent sources will carry. That has a consequence people usually notice too late: registers are distributed very unevenly across Europe. So this page says not only which lists exist, but where no list is possible — and why.

Why this comes out so short
Because a list built out of self-declarations is not a list. Germany has no register of cannabis-prescribing doctors, so we check each practice against two sources and publish thirty rather than three hundred. Czechia's medicines agency keeps a register itself, so we republish it and link every entry back. The difference between “we checked” and “the state says so” is stated on every entry.
