What this list cannot tell you

Read this before you use the list. (1) It is not complete and cannot be. The IFA article master contains, by the estimate of one commercial data house, more than 15,000 PZNs with a cannabis reference; this page carries around sixty. A product missing here is not a product that does not exist. (2) A PZN is an article number, not a quality judgement and not an approval. It says the article is registered for the German supply chain; it says nothing about whether a given batch met its specification, and nothing about whether the article is currently obtainable. We did not record supply status because we could not verify one. (3) The THC and CBD figures are the nominal declaration built into the article name, not a measurement. German practice, following the BfArM specification and the pharmacopoeia, accepts a deviation of ±10 % relative from the declared value above 15 % content and ±1.5 % absolute below 15 %; for extracts ±10 % relative. The flower in the jar is therefore legitimately allowed to differ from the number on the label. Only the pharmacy's own identity and content testing, or the batch certificate, tells you what a specific pack contains. (4) Country of cultivation is null on every flower record. The article data do not carry it, and we would not put a guess there — several article names contain a country hint (CA, DNK, PT, DE, COL) but that is an inference, not a documented fact, and we did not treat it as one. (5) Genetics (indica / sativa / hybrid) is null everywhere. It is a producer's marketing designation and there is no public document to check it against. (6) Several different companies register their own PZN for what is described by the same variety name — the Bedrocan varieties in particular appear under a dozen different Anbieter. Different PZN does not mean different flower, and same variety name across two Anbieter does not prove the same material. (7) The MMI PHARMINDEX database on which the PZNs were read classifies these flowers and extracts as 'Nicht-Arzneimittel / nicht apothekenpflichtig'. That is a database artefact reflecting that they are starting materials for a pharmacy-compounded preparation (Rezepturarzneimittel), not finished medicines; it does not mean they can be bought without a prescription. They require a physician's prescription. (8) Nothing here is medical advice and nothing here says any product is suitable for anybody.
